Saturday 18 February 2012 - Irish Catholic Records with Saadia Thomson Dwyer
A rhetorical question - Are your ancestors Irish catholic? Archivist Saadia Thomson Dwyer presents a session on how to research your Catholic Irish Ancestors in Ireland from the late 18th century to modern times. Saadia will discuss the many Irish Catholic records now online, library and archival collections, visiting places of interest and using family material. Many records are now available digitally on line through the Irish government and many local history projects. This is an interesting talk for those tracing Irish history.
