Following in Their Footsteps
1813-1815 Celebration for the crossing of the Blue Mountains 2013-2015

The Blue Mountains Family History Society Inc is celebrating the bicentenary of the crossing of the Blue Mountains by Blaxland Wentworth and Lawson this year.
They will be hosting a day long seminar, "Following in their Footsteps".

There will be five talks throughout the day:

- Footsteps in Time Pillars: marking the camp sites of George William Evans from Emu Plains to Mt York 1813-1814
- State Records most heavily used records - convicts, shipping, divorce and probates
- Uning the NSW Birth, Death and Marriage Index
- Bush Poet/Entertainer: Greg North
- FamilySearch: Exploring the New FamilySearch.

Morning Tea and Lunch are included.

Bookings are essential, early booking is advised as there is limited space available.  Bookings close Monday 8 April 2013.
