Please note: apart from a coffee cart there will be no food available at the venue. You may bring your own to eat in the grounds outside. There are a number of eating places, including restaurants and cafes across the road from the Centre (enlarge the Google map below to see some of these).
Program
If you do not wish to attend all the talks there will be opportunity to speak to the various presenters and see demonstrations in the exhibition area featuring the major event sponsors.

Venue
The Centre Ivanhoe is one of Melbourne's finest examples of Art Deco Architecture Function Centres in Melbourne, making it one of Victoria's unique venues. Combining authentic grandeur with warmth and elegance, it is an ideal function centre to host an event in the inner Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. Built in 1937 the venue was formerly the Heidelberg Town Hall and Municipal Offices. It has since been refurbished and has hosted a variety corporate or private events.

275 Upper Heidelberg Road, Ivanhoe, Victoria.
Transportation Details
- Cars: Free onsite parking is available for approx. 200 cars. Please be aware that parking passes provided have 3 hour limits for Friday (no limit Saturday).
- Bus: Bus 549 stops on Upper Heidelberg Rd & Ivanhoe Pde.
- Train: Ivanhoe station is a 300m walk to the Centre.
Meals & Refreshments
A coffee cart will be available within the Centre, catering for hot drinks only. Situated across the road are several eating places, including restaurants and cafes. Alternatively there are grassed areas surrounding the venue providing the ideal location for packed lunched. **Please note that the venue does not allow food to be eaten inside (apart from snacks).
