Do you have any relatives from a non-English speaking country? We are pleased to have genealogist Brenda Wheeler from Queensland share tips on how to trace your family in a foreign country.
Brenda Wheeler, PLCGS is a graduate of the National Institute for Genealogical Studies, University of Toronto. She is now coordinator of their English Records course, and regularly teaches students from around the world. Brenda also runs a professional genealogy business; "Relative Discoveries"specialising in research in Austrlaia, England, Ireland, The Netherlands and transcription work. Brenda teaches genealogy in Hervey Bay, Queensland and speaks on various subjects both in Queensland and interstate.
