A night in the JOL is a free, monthly series delving into Queensland’s rich and diverse history.

This May at State Library of Queensland, join Ian Townsend from ABC Radio National in conversation with Professor Clive Moore (School of History, Philosophy, Religion and Classics, UQ) and independent filmmaker, Jan Cattoni, as they explore the rise of digital storytelling in the academic, community and artistic spheres. We’ll also take an alternative look at the White Gloves experience, by inviting you to listen to the voices in the oral history collection of the John Oxley Library through a ‘white headphones’ experience.
